“I was looking for some reclaimed wood for a home project. I called several places before I found Atlanta Specialty Woods. They had exactly what I needed for my project. The owner took me around the entire yard to ensure I found the perfect fit for my needs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He asked the right questions to make sure I considered all the possibilities. The staff was very responsive and courteous. “We recently built a new house in Savannah, GA and needed a high quality carpenter to do some unique carpentry for us. We found Creative Carpentry to be great. Justin Arnott was very accommodating with meeting my wife and I at the house to talk about the items we needed. He took slabs of wood and built shelves suspended on the walls in the kitchen and study, built a high-end TV cabinet on the back porch, built-in shelves in the living room, a cabinet in the garage, hung 20 pair of exterior shutters, and fixed a lot of problems from our regular carpenter. I would highly recommend Creative Carpentry for anything in your house!”

“My wife and I hired Mike to help out with our house renovation in the Oak Grove (Atlanta) area. We purchased all new craftsman style doors for the house and needed a professional carpenter to install them. We had never worked with Mike, but we very pleased with his work. We had had some bad luck with other aspects of our job, so we were grateful to have someone who was reliable, hard working, and paid close attention to detail. He made sure all our doors were installed the right way and they all open and close perfectly. He had a great attitude and was did whatever he could to please us. He even went out of his way to deliver a door for us when we realized we needed one more to finish the job. We highly recommend Mike! Great guy and great craftsman!”

“Doug Hutto did 2 major projects for me The first is actually viewable from Space. Google Earth 125 Eagles Nest Drivee Tybee Island GA 31328 and look around the pool. Doug designed and planned, built a Cumaru wooden deck around a kidney shaped pool. I never thought it would turn out this beautiful. His attention to details is reflective of his German ancestry. (I am British so I am naturally prejudiced against Germans ! ;0) ) Kidding aside, he is the most detailed, particular, and aesthetically conscious contractor I have ever met. I would give him another star if I could. Mind though. He is NOT cheap. You get what you pay for with builders and contractors. I can guarantee there will be no buyer's remorse contracting work to Doug.”
