“I first contacted this company for an estimate for my home office. The estimator arrived exactly when he said he would. He took all measurements and listened to my needs. Within a few days he had several proposals ready for me to review in the office in 3D. Tweaks were made, a contract signed and installation scheduled. The crew arrived 5 minutes early on installation day and worked all day until completion. The project was perfect! So much so, that 2 months later I contacted the estimator again for 2 more estimates, a closet and a breakfast nook. Again, he was on-time, and quickly put together several options. A contract was signed and installation scheduled. The crew scheduled for 9:00 arrived at 9:10AM, extremely apologetic for being late! (That's not late in my book!) Again, they completed both projects in one day, and everything is perfect! If I come up with any additional projects, this is the company I will use.”

“I had designed my own closet and requested quotes from three local closet companies and one cabinetmaker to either build my design, or offer an alternate design that would better meet my needs. Closet Envee was the only company that looked at ways of improving on my design. Kim Louve, co-owner, suggested adding drawer units that would reduce the clutter of shoes and other items that we had planned on having in plastic bins. Not only was the sales experience much better with Kim and Closet Envee, they quoted a lower price than the three other companies.
We placed the order and it was delivered and installed by the promised time. Glen and his assistant were very professional and competent. When the drawer units turned out to be too wide to clear the adjacent shelf units, Closet Envee immediately took responsibility and made new drawer units in the correct size. Richard Turner, co-owner, worked with me to make sure the replacement drawer unit dimensions were what I wanted.
We were very happy with the sales and installation experience of Closet Envee and intend to use them again for our next project which will be a complete makeover of our home office. Thank you Kim, Richard and Glen for a job well done.”
