“Tailored Living most recently built a beautiful Murphy Bed wall unit in my condo. But as background I hired this vendor in 2009 to design/build 3 closets in my condo. The owner worked hours with me on the design/specs for that project as well as the murphy wall resulting in a clear view (via CAD) of what I envisioned before construction. Some of my requirements were unique, a challenge, but he met them. Working with the owner on colors and style - not just function - was really fun. The closets and wall unit were such a hit in my building that I have people calling to ask to see them. We even had an open house to showcase TL's work, giving them more business and creating more happy customers. The work and the business is top-rate quality and I would highly recommend them for any project.”

“I hired Closets By Design to install closet systems in 5 closets. My designer, Deb Cantrall, responds quickly and with great enthusiasm! Every closet was equally important to her in the design process and she eagerly offered multiple options to maximize space & utility/functionality. At every turn, she carefully listened to my needs/wants ideas and took notes and measurements and pictures. She then offered at least 2 design choices within my budget. Clearly she loves her work and enjoys working with people and possesses a "no project is too small" to do attitude. I will be hiring her soon to design my laundry room and garage storage. She is a delight to work with.”

The Closet Factory always is prompt in reply and accurate on quotes to help with our budget allocation and staying within that budget. They provide high end products at a great price. The Closet Factory also generously donated time and material or organization on a "fix it in a day" TV show. The custom-made storage they provided made the clients ecstatic!”
