“We recently completed a major home renovation, which included two new walk-in closets and our first-ever pantry. Our contractor recommended Closets by Susie because he had worked with them in the past and his other customers were totally satisfied. I can now say that we are over-the-moon-happy with the design, the craftsmanship, the quality, the efficiency and the customer service of this company. Our house is a 100 year old Tudor with some crazy roof angles in one of the closets; Susie came up with a clever design to maximize storage space, working around two narrow windows, an old radiator and deep slope on one wall. The other closet is in a new addition, with higher ceilings and no weird angles, and again the design optimized storage space. BOTH of them look gorgeous and are highly functional. The pantry has struck envy in every person who's seen it - carefully fitted into the space, custom-designed to complement an adjoining mudroom, efficiently allocated space. The cost to create all this beautiful utility was less than half what we'd been quoted by a major closet design company, and the pleasure of getting to know Susie, Chad and the rest of her team was an added bonus.
