The owner worked hours with me on the design/specs for that project as well as the murphy wall resulting in a clear view (via CAD) of what I envisioned before construction. Some of my requirements were unique, a challenge, but he met them. Working with the owner on colors and style - not just function - was really fun. The closets and wall unit were such a hit in my building that I have people calling to ask to see them. We even had an open house to showcase TL's work, giving them more business and creating more happy customers.
