“Marina is a wonderful designer and has a wonderful selection of tile at her newly opened store. This is the third time I have used her for selecting tile for a major rennovation.Within a few minutes she had selected two great choices, unique and beautiful. While you can wander for days looking for options, she picked two backsplash options based upon my floor, counter and cabinet samples in ten minutes. My kitchen looks like a million bucks and the backsplash makes it! She previously selected tiles for my new bathroom and helped with the bathroom, and also backsplasmfor another kitchen.Although I am a homeowner, she is well known for her work with designers in the Washinton DC area. I highly recommend her, and her bath and kitchen tile store.”

A few days after picking out our slab, Counter Culture arrived for the installation. The installers were friendly and professional. “Best experience yet with a granite company...Would hire them just on principle as when asked the cost per sq/ft for the stone they carry, they ANSWERED!!! Amazing. Most of the time I get the usual diatribe about not being able to give me even a ball park because...blahh blahh fabricator blahh blahh. So aggravating! But they are blessed with actual knowledge and good sense. I will write a more detailed review when/if I use them as the granite provider and fabricator/installer or one or the other.”

“After reaching out and chasing numerous stone and countertop vendors in the DC area for quotes without much success a family member recommended ERVA Stone and Design, and I am incredibly glad they did. Hasan was very helpful on the phone and went out of his way to meet my highly aggressive project schedule. I called on a Tuesday and told them I needed the project done by Saturday. All the other vendors told me 1-2 weeks was the best they could do. Hasan however said they could do it and the very next day they were out to measure and were there installing on Friday evening. Fit and finish were absolutely perfect and the installed cost beat competitors by a mile. I will definitely be working with Hasan and ERVA Stone again in the future and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone I can.”

“Christian at Dominion Granite and Marble was very helpful and at the same time gave me plenty of space to make up my mind. As a result, I felt 100% confident making the decision to purchase. The advice to give my kitchen marble countertops an acid wash was excellent. I had researched it extensively, and found elsewhere that people recommend using honed marble because etching is less apparent. Dominion Granite go one step further and offer to give the stone an acid wash, which completely hides subsequent inevitable etching. I haven't heard of anyone else who does that.”
