He explained what he needed to do, gave me a detailed estimate, began the job exactly when he said he would, and worked on it every day until it was completed. He takes justifiable pride in his his work, uses quality materials, follows the Building Code. He has great design ideas and produces a fine product built to last. “Cannot say enough positive things about the gang at Ubora! I decided to use their services based on my gut instinct. I knew they were a younger company and were still trying to make a name for themselves. Their follow up was incredible from start to finish. They asked the right questions and were happy to answer any that I had, they let me know what time they would show up at, and when to expect them to be finished, etc etc. I was my usual fussy self and didn't like that there was a bit of a dip in one of the boards that was installed. Ubora immediately (within hours) came to replace it - no questions asked. After a few weeks of enjoying my deck, my neighbour decided to come over and ask if he could have Ubora's contact info. I was more than happy to recommend them. His deck looks fantastic too! I plan on using Ubora's services again next summer - this time, to install a carport and fence.”

We build outdoor structures (pergolas, arbors, gazebos, etc.) and many times will receive a client request for a retractable awning or canopy. Since 2008, we have used ShadeFX products exclusively for our upper-end clients, with outstanding results. Steve Ostrowski, President of ShadeFX has consistently and repeatedly improved his product over the years, and every time we spec one out for a job, it is the most elegant application that could be placed. The awning systems are well worth the cost; rainproof, windproof, solid, sturdy, stable. Our clients are very happy, and therefore WE are also happy. :) His newest design, a top-mount system with polycarbonate sheeting, looks like it will overcome the snow-load issue prevalent in many Northern applications, and we have already ordered 12 of them. GREAT JOB, fellas, and we look forward to many more years of your amazing product!”

“We are a small apartment complex in Tsawwassen. Needed a roof top deck of 900 square ft replaced in a short time frame. Marc and his crew responded quickly and even though the weather was poor (December) worked to get it done fast but ensured the finished job was excellent. Took great care to frame and lay the Trex so the finished job not only looked great but we are confident it will last and look good well into the future. Crew were polite and considerate. Can thoroughly recommend if you want a quality product.”
