Bob has designed and built a bar, fireplace mantle, bookcases, raised paneling, crown molding, and many other projects along with building our deck. His work is just extraordinary. Along with his woodworking skill Bob also has the ability to communicate his vision and allows for revisions during a project. This always results in 100% satisfaction.”

“I hired S Scott Construction to remove an existing deck and build a treated pine deck. The deck was the talk of my neighborhood. The lumber was top quality. The workmanship by Eric was fantastic. It took Eric only 3 days to complete. The manager checked with my town to see if I needed any permits. They designed a new staircase. After Eric completed the deck all leftover materials were removed and any nails on the ground were raked away. I am so happy with my new deck. They went above and beyond to make my deck a showplace in the neighborhood.”

“My Deck built us a beautiful large composite deck with full metal railings, 2 sets of stairs, built in lights and a hot tub cutout and pad. They also did all the wiring for the new hot tub and handled all delivery, set up, construction, permits, inspections and cleanup. I can not say enough about the crews, and the professionalism of the team that worked at our house. To have them handle everything and turn over a BEAUTIFUL deck and hot tub without us having to do anything was a pleasure. From the time we met with the owner and drew up the plans to the end when he turned over a finished product, they were professional and courteous, and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a deck or any construction.”

The construction costs are fair with exceptional craftsmanship, quality and reliability. It’s comforting to see a business not inflating egos and charging outrageous amounts for projects that don’t even add square footage to the house! I’m proud to have worked with Michelle and crew and don’t get swindled… other guys are 300% mark up because they think their designs are worth it…. No no no, They are not architects and are not worth the fees of a educated architect. Urbanline works with architects collaborates all designs and the results are amazing! As well as adding value to your home with realistic budgets. Best of luck and hope my experience helps others.”

“Mr Shedlock was very professional and i could sense his experience would yield and excellent job. I was not disappointed. He kept his appointments with me ON TIME. He set a schedule for the new deck to be built and spot on with the timing of all the steps needed. Foundations poured, inspections by the town performed quickly and deck delivered on schedule. “I had my old wooden deck replaced with a much larger one made of Trex, and chose Katz contracting not because they were the lowest cost of any contractor, but because they were the lowest cost of the contractors we thought were the most reputable and professional. It was an excellent decision on our part. The quality of workmanship, co-operation and professionalism from Mark, Percy and their team was exceptional, they always came when they said they would and worked hard all the time they were there. They were very aware that they were working right outside windows and doors when my family was inside and seemed to make an effort to keep their eyes on the job and not look inside the house, which was quite comforting to my wife in particular. I really got to trust and like these guys. Morris Katz, the owner, had great follow up. I don't have much tolerance for poor customer service and it was great to see a building contractor so customer focused. Having an Engineering background I am quite detail oriented and I like to know exactly what is going to happen before it does, and Morris was great at discussing exactly what I wanted throughout the project and making the result match my expectations. My new deck looks fantastic, and I would have no hesitation at all recommending this company for similar projects.”
