“Konstantin built an incredible deck for us. Very complicated and intricate with a hot tub platform 16 feet above ground. Many other contractors looked at the plans and the very difficult site and walked away or gave prices that were so high they were laughable. Not Konstantin. He was calm, professional and built a magnificent deck for us, on time and on budget. He is a true professional who builds a product that both he and the customer can be proud of. They worked on several projects: Rebuilding an old stone wall (and included stairs in the middle), rebuilding stone entrances to mudroom and front stairs, and re-mortaring a bluestone top on a back patio. “Ethan's range of craftmanship talents are impressive. We've purchased an outdoor custom table he built & hired him for indoor finish woodwork in a few different capacities. Our biggest regret in not owning a house with a yard (we live in a city) is that we can't hire him to practice his amazing landscape architecture skills. One only needs to peruse his website to understand why he is the Steve Jobs of his craft. Truly.”

“After Superstorm Sandy struck in October 2012, and blew down two 50+ foot trees on my house and shed, I made 3 calls immediately - the insurance company, the tree company and Walpole. The salesman, Gary Workman from the Greenvale store, came the following day and, when I still had no power, we worked by lantern light designing my new shed. I had explained that this was the most important repair for me, since I do a lot of gardening and use the shed to store all the supplies. The shed had to be functional, but more importantly, it had to be beautiful. In the ensuing months, the shed was redesigned several times. The salesman was wonderful and patient and even made sure to include the stained glass window salvaged from my old shed in the design of the Walpole shed. I requested whimsy and beauty and have a door with a rounded top (I refer to it as "hobbit style!"). The team that came in the spring to build the shed did a fantastic job. I now have the perfect shed thanks to Walpole. It has eased the horrors of all the post storm repairs . Thank you, Walpole, from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could include photos of Walpole's masterpiece.”

“We had installed a set of automated shades in the living room. They work perfectly, and the salesman was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. The whole thing was entirely no hassle. We initially considered putting up extra shades so windows on three sides of the living room would be covered, but as they are expensive, we opted in the end to only do the glass doors and 4 windows facing south. As it turned out, an error was made in ordering and shades for the two side windows arrived with the others. They found their own mistake, and installed the extra shades at no cost to us. The first we heard of this was when they arrived and put them up for free. Clearly a very honest and reputable company, and we have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Susan and Daniel were wonderful to work with. Susan creatively designed a fabulous deck to fit our space, and gave us various material options to customize it to fit our needs. She incorporated built-in benches, and other touches that we never would have thought of, increasing the functionality of our deck tremendously. It has become a favorite gathering spot for our family. Throughout the entire process, all permits and details were handled by the Lee's, and all we had to do was enjoy our new deck. The project stayed right on budget, and the Lee's' skills and knowledge were apparent. This was our second project with them, as they also remodeled our front stairs and created a front sitting porch for us as well. They are wonderful and I could not recommend them more highly!”

“Steve and his team at SouthEastern are professionals. They deliver what they promise in a reasonable time with excellent craftsmanship, and the guys are a pleasure to have around. The most recent work completed at our home was the complete renovation of three full bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoy using these new spaces each day and the feedback from friends on the transformation is very complementary. Prior to this SouthEastern turned an unused screen porch into an all year round sunroom, which has become our favorite spot in the house. They also replaced a large deck.
