“King Electric is the epitome of excellence. From the very first point of contact, these gentlemen were professional and thorough in explaining accurate instructions to stabilize our “emergency” situation and issue an ETA of their arrival to our home. Once on site, they went straight to work, assessing and troubleshooting our problem and verifying that our environment was either stable or de-energized, hence avoiding any further damage to our appliances/equipment and our dwelling. Within a very short time, they diagnosed our problem and provided a written estimate for resolution. Their prices were on point for the situation at hand and they made sure they satisfied any question we raised on expectations of work performed and expected outcomes. As the work progressed, these guys were so considerate. They had to cut the power to our house for several days, but managed to leave an outlet on for a fan and have our fridge working at night, the little conveniences that really mean a lot during these types of unexpected events. Job was completed timely and right on target with the estimate. They walked thru everything with us going thru basically all the work accomplished and answering our questions yet again making sure we were happy. Also they thoroughly cleaned the entire work area. We just cannot say enough positive things about KING ELECTRIC.
