“We were drawn to this company because it is family owned......the more we talked to them about what we wanted, the experience became more and more enjoyable - although we took several months to make a decision, we never felt rushed to make a decision, instead they kept smiling and kept helping us. They came to our house several times to give advice and ask what look we were going for and then gave us advice on types of wood, width, hardness and characteristics of each type of wood. My husband was very impressed that the installation was done by their own employees and not hired out....the men on the job were professional, caring and a joy to work with....each day they cleaned up and were very careful of our existing furniture. they were also happy to answer any and all questions we had during installation. We would highly recommend them and in fact, we already have.....Thanks Koeber's - we love our floor!!!”

“Vance-Oubre designed our back yard - With Greg's assistance, we made an unused back yard into a beautiful and inviting room outside! It has expanded our home. Every detail was thought out, and we are enjoying every custom piece he made for us. Now we enjoy having friends over to enjoy our backyard. The pieces include a large farm table, side tables, benches, and side board. He helped us pull in pillows and accents that made it all come together.”

“Truly one of the most enjoyable customer experiences my wife and I have had. Tim and Rachelle are very knowledgeable, caring and make it an inter-active experience. We ordered a 7'x 5' black walnut slab to be made into a dining room table. I called Tim all the time and he was patient, sent pictures constantly to keep me updated with the process. He promised it before my oldest son graduated from high school in a 3 month time period and he was good on his word not sacrificing the integrity of the project. Guests that come over sit and just look at the grain and "ooh and aah" over it which gives me a chance to talk about Jewell Hardwoods. If you order a project from them you will be in for a awesome customer experience. I plan on ordering another piece this year. My project is on their website.”

The sales and artisan staff were knowledgeable and happy to help us find, and then craft, our perfect piece of salvaged wood (including forklifting a pile so we could access the bottom piece)! We placed two additional orders for a second mantelpiece and a shelf -- all beautifully finished, affordable, and one of a kind!”

The idea was to create a nod to a more formal, midcentury style while using a variety of textures for warmth. The folks at Bella Casa were excellent to work with, and introduced elements and materials that fully complimented what I hoped to achieve with the space. It was particularly helpful that they had a showroom so I could actually touch and feel the furniture and materials. The service was impeccable, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Scott helped my husband pick the most gorgeous leather chair for our living room remodel, crafted in the USA and SO comfortable. Carol Director made a site visit to our home, and together lovely fabrics were chosen for chair and sofa. Everything arrived in time for the Holidays.
