“I was in the process of renovating my room and was looking for unique vintage pieces that would make me feel as though I lived in Europe. That’s when I came across My Paris Apartment. I fell in love instantly and could not believe the reasonable prices for such quality pieces. I was a bit skeptical at first, simply because I am a hands-on, in-store type of shopper but I called Peter, and right away felt at ease. I ordered my complete bedroom set from My Paris Apartment. (The email payments were fast, easy and extremely convenient). Peter and Monica were courteous and were always available to answer my dozens of calls/emails. They were wonderfully helpful, honest, accommodating and were a breath of fresh air to do business with. The pieces I purchased are one of a kind, and I will have them for the rest of my life. My expectations were met and surpassed! I have and will continue to recommend My Paris Apartment to anyone looking for good quality vintage pieces and exceptional customer care and service. “Usually try to buy local, but really wanted a table style that we saw - extendable dining room table with leaves that fit inside. Did a lot of research and found Amish Direct. Our local design stores had one or two, but they were $5,000. We got the Oak Colebrook trestle table with 2 leaves (can order another leaf, too). Can't say enough about the beautiful workmanship on this table. Black inlay design, one-person open/close and so handy to be able to hide the leaves inside. We downsized to a small house with limited storage but still needed a huge table when all the kids come for dinner. Love, Love, Love this table - just not sure which child will inherit it someday! They all want it! A little hard to choose colors from a website but really happy with it! It was about $1500 with shipping. Oh, and movers delivered it, unwrapped it and put it together in our dining room. Not as quick as buying one local, but well worth the wait!”
