(see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! “In 2014, we purchased a 1625 sq ft bungalow in Bow Meadows and after several meetings, chose Align Developments to do a major interior renovation of the main level. The flooring was replaced with hardwood and tile, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new cupboards and an island, a garage entrance laundry room/bathroom was replace with a redesigned laundry area and walk through pantry connecting to the kitchen, the master bedroom en suite was enlarged and brightened and lighting throughout was up graded. Some walls were moved or re-oriented. It was a significant renovation, and we were dealing with time and budget restrictions. The bottom-line is that the project was finished on-time and on-budget and all of our expectations for our new home were met or surpassed. They provided time lines that we need supplies by and were always keeping us up to date on the progress. I'm not great with colours and design, so Ronaye's input and ideas were invaluable We love our new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend their services. We also had Bryan back in the summer to build a front deck. We demolished the stone steps ourselves (Don't do that - hire Bryan) and then had Bryan build beautiful new front steps and deck.
