“I have used Graham's Construction on numerous projects at my home, including refacing my fireplace, a complete bathroom remodel, scraping my ceilings and the installation of new floors in my guest bedroom. John, the owner, also did a build-out at my office building, which turned out beautifully. Recently I hired Graham's Construction to do a kitchen remodel at my home changing out my tile to granite, installing a new stove and sink. John, as always, did a beautiful job. “Kraig Nicolls and his company did a wonderful job remodeling my townhouse. Just take a look at the pictures... As a first time home buyer, I was very inexperienced with the entire process. Mr. Nicolls was honest, fair, and explained everything to me in advance. He kept the project within the set budget, and the work was done on time (within 6 weeks to be exact for an entire remodel job of a 3 bedroom / 2 bath townhouse). I had heard horror stories from friends and family about how contractors can be dishonest and/or take too long to complete a project. Mr. Nicolls was the complete opposite of that. When some contractors would have probably taken advantage of my inexperience, he and his company did not. I would recommend him to anyone in the San Diego area who needs to remodel their home or condo.”

“If you have a contractor who is on site, all the time managing, offering suggestions to improve the project, who will come after hours if needed, who always arrives on time at 8 am, who has quality subcontractors who support him, and who completes a job (making corrections when necessary) you would hire that person... SO WOULD I and I did. His Subs respect him and provided excellent support. I would recommend them as well. All of them work as a team, from replacing a floor with new ceramic to finding the right person to make the threshold connection between the wood floor and bathroom... that is the person you want to hire. I added up the experience of the subs and they exceed 170 man years of knowledge. Yes I liked what he did for me and my project did not create a nightmare, as some have had happen. a picture is worth 1000 words... this is just one of the remodel pics.”

“We are in the middle of a project with JJH Construction. I am impressed. The project is a large multi-residential one that required getting several bids and a lengthy time for approval. Joe and Josh not only gave use the more detailed and seemingly accurate bid, they continually checked up on us during the vetting and made themselves available for questions and concerns. Once they had the green light they hit the ground running and are managing the project very well. We will be sure to include an update when the job is complete. In the meantime, we referred a dear friend to them and she is pleased as well with their honest and open approach.”
