“I hired Luxe Showroom Ltd. for two sequential projects: a kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how accomodating they were during both projects. If there was a need for a change or modification they made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen renovation included replacement of all cabinetry, granite countertops, sink, backsplash, and some appliances and electrical work. They came up with a way to creatively re-use some of the existing cabinets and counters as a craft/work bench in the basement, which required some challenging carpentry work. The bathroom renovation was a complete rip out and reinstall. The designer and craftsmen worked with my 16 year old daughter to come up with a modern yet functional design, with totally custom tilework and innovative lighting. They were totally flexible in allowing us to do as much or as little of the sourcing and work as we wanted. Any minor glitches were dealt with promptly and effectively and without controversy.Budget estimates were met, and adjusted fairly if changes were significant. Overall, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for professional, reliable and creative design and construction services.”

“On time, priced right, great work - the crew was awesome throughout. If I had any critique it would be on the sub contractors as the Blackwater guys were great. Subs were a little late on occasion and were very messy. BW guys were exactly the opposite - on time, on task and focused on delivering a great product.”

“Steve has been working on our rentals in Phoenix for 15 years. We have had three ranch style homes over the years that have been remodeled. Kitchens, baths, plumbing, drywall, insulation, mill work, you name it, Steve has delivered. He bids everything up front and has always met deadlines. Larger projects always have changes as you get into them and Steve is a great communicator during the project. He has worked with and around tenants as well as in situations where we do larger upgrades in between tenants. He has keys to all the houses and I trust him in every situation.”
