“Our project included every room in our four bedroom home plus exterior design, new siding, roof repairs, gutters, and demolishing and rebuilding a large deck. The project included new tongue and groove hardwood flooring throughout, all new cabinets and countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, new tubs, showers, and toilets, complete interior painting, rebuilding an interior staircase, upgrading our low-voltage electrical system, replacing all doors and woodwork, rebuilding fireplace mantle, adding recessed lighting, rerouting some plumbing, and a host of small things too numerous to mention. They had taken the time and effort to understand our needs in detail, make suggestions, and price out a plan that was exactly tailored to our situation. D&BR’s work was really first rate, very high quality, and timely. They began and completed each phase right on schedule and never exceeded their bid. We’d never seen it done that well. If we decided we wanted extra things done or opted for higher grade material than was bid, they worked with us to adjust their bid to our satisfaction. We were never overcharged for anything. In fact they added some quality touches we hadn’t discussed without additional charge. They work with top subcontractors as needed and never attempt something better left to a sub. D&BR was delightful to work with. They helped us with color and design choices and found polite, friendly ways to suggest that some of our choices might be improved upon. They work quickly and neatly never leaving an unsightly mess behind. We are completely pleased with Design & Build Remodelers, LLC.
