“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“We had electrical issues with our back yard waterfall; two electricians were unable to determine the problem. When I reached out to Jeremy at Edge Landscaping, he said he'd take a look at it. The weather was cold, and wet, he said he'd come at 8:00 am on Saturday morning, and was here just like he said. There was obviously some troubleshooting involved...fast forward till the next time that he came. Not only did he correctly determine the problem that we were having, but when he completed the job---because he did such a professional and outstanding job---he corrected the operational aspect/positioning of the waterfall pump that was never installed properly, and necessarily corrected any future problems. He worked in the cold, and quite wet weather, together with the very cold water in the outdoor waterfall system. He saved us needing to find and hire an electrician, but more than that, provided electrical knowledge, waterfall system knowledge, and basic hard work in determining HOW to correct the issue. In the end, because of his expertise, he saved us money, and we were able to have some landscape lighting installed. He is absolutely trustworthy, and I would recommend him to anybody.”

“My wife and I met Jim Burbridge owner of ADDB at the Tacoma Home Show in February 2014. We invited him to come to our 1978 built home and make a bid on remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. We were happy with his and the designer's proposal and signed up for the work to begin in July 2014. His employees were tremendous for the demo and reconstruction project. It was finished mid-September, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Every time we walk into the new kitchen and bath we just smile.”
