Clean Slate Construction & Roofing

“I contacted Clean Slate Construction and roofing for my home my wife and I purchased this January. We had awful looking floors and needed a reasonable company to come install new flooring for us. Mr. Grogan and his team came in and installed our flooring for a very reasonable price and the workmanship was amazing and fast! Love it and I will continue to work with them in the future with anything we need for our home!!”
LBJ Construction, LP

“I give the highest possible recommendation to LBJ Construction. They communicate openly, work with a high quality stable of sub-contractors (including some really talented craftsmen) and stand behind their work. LBJ was the GC on our major kitchen remodel, construction of a full bath and a half bath plus an addition to our house that included butler's pantry, mudroom and laundry room. LBJ knows the "latest and greatest" and will spend time working with the owner to determine what works for you--but no high pressure sales pitch. They focus on the projected timeframes and budgets, using Co-Construct web app to manage all elements of the job. What stands out to me the most is the extremely high standards to which LBJ holds its subcontractors. We had a couple of elements initially completed to an "alright" standard. LBJ got the work redone to "perfect" by my standards. I am so grateful to have had LBJ as a partner.”

“I've worked with Andrea of 329 Design several times. I've recommended her without reservation and will continue to hire her for future projects. The project budgets and time lines were reasonable and accurate. Our projects included: a complete bathroom gut to studs and remodel, the removal of a room dividing fireplace and wall, the complete resurfacing or my downstairs, hardwood floor patching, custom cabinetry, wallpaper, etc.”

“Chris Dickey and his coworker Patricio did an EXCELLENT job on our fireplace wall to install the stacked stone we selected. We procured the stone, but they handled all other tools and materials. They were great to work with, were professional, and did a great job especially around the tough curvature of our fireplace mantle! They were very responsive to our concerns throughout the project and respected our house and our baby's sleep schedule even! Highly recommend. The wet saw and some cement they left behind killed some of our grass in the backyard, but doesn't prevent the 5 star rating overall.”

“Will Cole with Divine Renovation did a garage bonus room remodel and was fantastic to work with. His workers showed up on time, were courteous, kept everything clean and finished on budget. Reasonable Renovations
Spray Foam Insulation Contractors in New Caney
Average rating: 4 out of 5 starsDecember 20, 2019
“We hired this company to convert a dark, smelly 350 sq foot motorcycle repair shed with extension cord wiring into a classroom for adult and children's religious education classes that easily holds 45 chairs at a house church. The church campus is very happy with the renovations. The classroom is now bright, welcoming and without bad smells. Pictures are available. You're welcome to come by and see it by appointment. This project included adding new electrical wiring, new shingles and replacing bad plywood decking, creating a new back entrance doorway where none existed, changing the solid front doors to French doors with windows and interior blinds, & adding a double-paned window, where there had been a small single pane window. The walls and ceiling were drywalled and insulated after removing a loft and workbenches. They put in a window air conditioner/heating unit that works great in the Houston weather. They added a new wheelchair ramp at the front door and new steps at the backdoor. One of the unique features was planning for future flooding by adding insulation resistant to moisture and mold growth, moisture resistant drywall and taller baseboards. The surrounding area flooded during Hurricane Harvey and thankfully the water did not get in the house. These baseboards were raised higher than it's ever flooded, so that if it ever does flood, all that is needed is to replace the baseboards and put in a small amount of new insulation rather than having to rip out all the drywall. The negative for this project was that it ended up costing more than what we had budgeted because of the "surprises" found once they took down the walls and ceiling.”
