“After doing extensive research and talking to multiple contractors I settles on Mr & Mrs. Construction for my bathroom renovation project. From initial consultion to design to picking of tiles and materials they were always there to guide us when we needed it. Lital was the project manager for us and she was a pleasure to deal with. Quality of work performed was great and the end result came out amazing. I would definitely recommend Mr & Mrs. Construction to anyone looking to get their bathroom redone in an affordable budget.”

“AJ and his team remodeled our primary bathroom last fall, and did an excellent job - the quality of the workmanship is outstanding and met our exacting standards (I’m an engineer and my wife is an architect who did the design for our bathroom). AJ specifically was excellent to work with, great communication through the entire process from estimate to contract to work scheduling. He sent us texts every morning with the plans for the day/week and if any changes came up he was quick to alert us. He still checks in with me to make sure no issues have come up since they completed their work (nothing has). The crew was also very nice and respectful of our space during the remodel, they always left the job site clean and as tidy as possible each day. They stayed mostly on schedule, and we encountered only a few issues that had to be fixed. But I’ve done enough work on my 125 year-old house to know that nothing goes perfectly. And when issues did arise, AJ was quick to take responsibility and fix the problems with no questions asked. I don’t know what else you can ask for from a contractor. I got 4 estimates for my bathroom and AJ was very competitive on price and I could just tell he cared about working with quality materials and that’s what sold me on his company. We used handmade tile that a lot of contractors mess up when installing, and AJ and his tile guys were familiar with the product and took all the extra steps to install it correctly. The work speaks for itself, and we’re very happy with the project and feel we got great value for our investment. Everyone who comes into our house remarks about how beautiful the bathroom is. I would have no hesitation hiring Canseco Construction again or recommending them to friends.”

“We moved into our 5 bedroom home at the beginning of this year from a 1 bedroom apt and were overwhelmed with design and furniture purchasing. The designers at Grats D. went above and beyond. Before I hired Grats I consulted with 2 other design firms. Both of them came to my home presented me with their concepts and charged an hourly rate just for the initial consult. With Grats I felt like I was not pressured with their 1 hour free design consult they presented me with their ideas room by room & a week later we visited their showroom to chose fabrics.. Surprisingly for a small showroom they had everything we needed with a huge selection of fabrics that can be either slipcovered or upholstered, custom lighting & case goods. I highly recommend Grats Décor for design or just very well made custom furniture.”
