“I am an interior designer that has worked on several of Toll Brothers higher end homes in Irvine and Yorba Linda. In my dealings with the properties, they are well built. With many new homes, especially flipped homes, I always run into quirks, imperfections etc. and that has never been the case on these homes. Some of their homes have great floorplan layouts, and some not so great, but that is just my opinion. I guess there is a plan for everyone. Great builder!”

“Michael did an AMAZING job for us. One of the firms that we interviewed was an architect from the firm that designed the original job. He withdrew saying "your home is what it is, there's nothing that can be done to change it." Dakota Dawn gave us a whole new look with relatively minor exterior work. What they accomplished on the inside was remarkable. We would recommend them without reservation!”

“Bowman Walker Construction helped to make our beach home dreams come true. Thirteen years ago we bought a small Millman home in Villas, NJ. We had dreams of remodeling our home and adding an addition. With our own ideas in mind we contacted Lance and Dave at Bowman Walker Construction to begin the process. Our home successfully went from a three bedroom one bath home to a four bedroom two and a half bath, with a stunning master bedroom suite, porches and decks. At the time we lived five hours away from the construction site........we were daily kept informed of changes, problems and potential choices. The lines of communication were always open. When we visited the site we would do a walk through to discuss every detail. Our home is a beautiful example of their choice of detail and quality of workmanship. We are so happy and proud to own a Bowman Walker Construction home.”

“"I have hired Lorenzo, Michael and Andrew for a full master bathroom remodeling and this was one of the best decisions I have taken so far. They gave me a lot of ideas, making my new bathroom not only efficient and functional, but also SO SO ELEGANT!!! These guys are fantastic! They offer a full package: great quality work, fantastic and extremely creative ideas, excellent communication with clients, very hard working, keeping a very clean area at all times. They helped me chose the best materials, and make the best decisions. I have learnt to trust them, and followed their advice, as this was my first experience with bathroom remodeling so far., The final result is way above my expectations, and beyond my imagination. I am way more than happy and I am convinced that I would have made a big mistake if I hired anybody else. I will definitely recommend hiring them, as I plan to hire them myself for my future projects: another full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom remodeling as well as replacing all the floors throughout my house. While the home they built for me met my expectations in terms of quality and design, there were some issues with the cleanliness of the job site after completion. The construction process left behind a significant amount of debris and materials, which took longer than expected to clean up. While the team was polite and professional throughout the process, I would have appreciated more attention to detail in terms of job site cleanup. That being said, I am happy with the end result and would recommend V.I.P Home Builders Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable and quality home builder.”

“I worked with John 20 plus years ago, and he was professional, knowledgeable, kind and intelligent then and he is even more so now! His work at 422 Beechwood Avenue is truly amazing. The layout and flow of the home, his attention to detail and high quality materials separate this property from even the best. The kitchen and "great room" is simply incredible! One of the special quality's of the home is the location and John takes advantage of the privacy of the lot with large windows, doors and high ceilings and a wonderful deck and yard. You can tell that much time and effort was taken in the development of such a great property and it turned out absolutely incredible!!”
