“Myles is a Very talented young man he definitely knows what he's doing when he comes to Working in and on homes! He did work in my house. I was so amazed with the work that he did the skills that he has. He did a really amazing job in my house and one my deck out side if you need anything done with your home or need rebuilds he's the guy to call!!! He also has a very big heart great with people and children and he's a very trustworthy person as well, percent can trust him with and around your belongings!!!! That's very hard to find today!! I will definitely be calling him back in the future for whatever work I need done!!”

“If you are looking for an architect, look no further than Chad at SOON Architecture. We did not know what to expect and were a little intimidated by the whole process at first. We had never worked with an architect before and were not sure how this would go. Well, our first meeting with Chad, we knew we were in good hands and he was the right person for the job. He explained everything to us, with as much or as little detail as we needed. He was also so patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). He always had a smile and was very flexible with our needs. He met with the contractors on-site to walk them through the project and was always available by phone to answer their questions as well to get the right materials and specifications for their quote. We will work with Chad again in the future and we highly recommend him for all of your architectural needs. (Tusten, NY)”

“We worked with J_spy Architecture on a complete gut renovation and combination of our 2 bedroom apartment with the neighboring 1 bedroom unit in Battery Park City Manhattan. Jason and Paola were amazing to work with, and guided us every step of the way. “Mike did an excellent job building our new deck. He replaced our rickety old deck with a really sturdy beautiful new deck. He hauled away all the old stuff, re-graveled the ground and put a new concrete landing leaving everything clean. We are very please and will be working with him to install a new sliding door to open to the new deck and replacing our old siding for our house.”

“I have worked with Jeff McMahon on many design/build projects. He is attuned to working with the topography and the sun when siting his houses. He consults closely with his clients when planning their modernist houses, and finds sustainable solutions for them. He listens to their needs and does as much as possible on paper and computer before breaking ground. When construction starts, Jeff and his crew are focused and efficient. The result is a track record of many striking and beautiful homes, as well as extremely happy homeowners. I can’t recommend Jeffrey McMahon Design + Build highly enough.”

“Graze home build and designed my double frame home in the catskills and I could not be happier with how it came out . We shared similar aesthetic and collaborated amazingly well together . He guided me from start to finish and always gave me many options to choose from . I could not recommend graze home higher .”

“Had such a great experience working with Eric, D and Anna on our living roof project! We added a full wall of bookshelves and a Hearth Cabinet fireplace.
