Aaron and his wife would over communicate with me, they would work within my budget, they would guide me regarding proper remodel codes, they would help me with designs of the remodel, they would tell me what works and what will not. The craftsmanship of the remodel and the look they gave for my Florida condo was state of the art, clean and with the times. They are very professional , will use them again.”

“Daniel Martin designed a deck that spanned the back of our house. The deck included planters, seating, multiple levels, lighting and access from the front of the house. I would describe Danny's designs as understated--a cross between Frank Lloyd Wright and the mission style. The deck was designed for heavy entertaining. He was very focused on designing the deck to fit our needs. Danny even considered natural light and the positioning of the sun on the deck throughout the day as well as designing for privacy. Danny was always open to our feedback and we made several adjustments throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Danny and would definitely hire him again He is a true professional and cared deeply about meeting our needs.”

“Allen, designed this retaining wall for our home in North Hill. He also secured the approval from the Architectural Review Board. Alan has also designed our outdoor patio area, but his first job was to design a beautiful 2 story garage! We would definitely recommend Allen for your design needs!”

Coordinating the architectural drawings, making finish recommendations, and considering issues which my wife and I never anticipated. He required top quality work from all the subcontractors, provided complete and accurate cost estimates in advance of the service, delivered monthly cost to budget reports and only deliver pleasant surprises. We have built five homes in the past and this by far was the most professionally done.
