“Jeff Bergby is building our new home. It is a 2,000+ sq. ft. one story home. It will be complete in Jan. 2013. Jeff is very experienced and builds quality homes. He has a consistently positive, up-beat attitude on and off the job site. He has had several homes win in "tour of homes" in our area. Jeff has been very easy to work with, making suggestions but always letting us make the final decision. Jeff works hard to stay in budget and meet deadlines to the best of his ability. He's never pushy nor has a know-it-all attitude. The sub-contractors are very professional, also, and have done excellent work. I would highly recommend Jeff Bergby for constructing a new or remodeling an existing home.”

Jen Carroll, the co-owner and master craftsman, did the design, building, and consulting for my projects. He was not only great to work with, but carries a positive professional and helpful attitude with the architects, co-workers, and business owners. “Mike Riddle built our home in South Salem in 2015. We chose to build because we couldn't seem to meet our needs with what was available on the market at the time, and Mike listened carefully to what we were looking for, and took the time to explain how he could meet those needs at a reasonable price. Also importantly, he explained how his process worked, and we could see from the start that it was different from what some of our friends had experienced with other builders. Mike focuses on constant, clear communication, so that we knew what was going on with the building process at all times, how much things would cost, and what timelines we could expect. Mike and his staff alerted us to any wrinkles in the process, to avoid unpleasant surprises, making us feel that we were part of the same team to get this project done. He has been fair with us on price, and has helped us realize our dream home while staying within our budget. It was important to us that Mike used local, quality subcontractors throughout the process, and we will even be continuing to do business with some of those vendors even after the completion of our project. Even though we were not building a large home, Mike and his staff never made us feel like we were less important than any of his other clients. We have lived all across the country, in all kinds of different homes, and we feel that Mike has truly provided us our dream home. We heartily recommend Mike and his staff to anyone looking to have a PLEASANT home building process!”
