“Gary Williamson built our new (enormous) garage and man cave. We've been so impressed by the quality of his work, his patience with our ever changing wants and needs, and his cool composure in the face of the inevitable challenges that arise when doing a big project. We're going to work with him on our home remodel this year, and are looking forward to it. He's a wonderful designer, has great ideas and makes good choices. Further, we've rarely seen a contractor/building work harder. He gets in there with a shovel and boots and helps get things done. We're impressed.”

“We had Olexy build us a new house in Salem. He was always ready to work with us as we revised plans and selected materials. His crews build houses of outstanding quality with great attention paid to small detail. We have lived in the new house for four-and-a-half months and love every inch of it. I would suggest you look at other's work and you will soon see his quality is superior.”

“Mike Riddle built our home in South Salem in 2015. We chose to build because we couldn't seem to meet our needs with what was available on the market at the time, and Mike listened carefully to what we were looking for, and took the time to explain how he could meet those needs at a reasonable price. Also importantly, he explained how his process worked, and we could see from the start that it was different from what some of our friends had experienced with other builders. Mike focuses on constant, clear communication, so that we knew what was going on with the building process at all times, how much things would cost, and what timelines we could expect. Mike and his staff alerted us to any wrinkles in the process, to avoid unpleasant surprises, making us feel that we were part of the same team to get this project done. He has been fair with us on price, and has helped us realize our dream home while staying within our budget. It was important to us that Mike used local, quality subcontractors throughout the process, and we will even be continuing to do business with some of those vendors even after the completion of our project. Even though we were not building a large home, Mike and his staff never made us feel like we were less important than any of his other clients. We have lived all across the country, in all kinds of different homes, and we feel that Mike has truly provided us our dream home. We heartily recommend Mike and his staff to anyone looking to have a PLEASANT home building process!”
