“I would absolutely recommend anyone to build with them in the future. They built a very upscale home for my clients when they were having difficulty finding the right home. They worked very well with my clients throughout the process in some instances going above and beyond. Their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic! I have no reservations about referring anyone to them and they will be my first choice to refer any clients to that are interested in building in the future and in fact should I decide to build again they would be my choice also. He worked diligently to give us every detail on our wish list and yet be respectful of our budget. He listened to the details that were important to us and managed to incorporate each one into our plan. Steve and each of his staff were always very responsive to us and worked hard to get us information and answers to any question we had. The design and craftsmanship of our home truly exceeded our expectations. We have been in our new Smith home for over a month now and we could not be more pleased with our home and our choice of builders. The attention to detail from the staff, helpful input into the design concepts and speedy email/calls has made this the least stressful and most fun build ever! Katie F. has been fantastic in walking us through all of our design choices and making helpful suggestions when we were honestly stuck. We especially appreciate the professionalism in designing our retirement "dream" home, and since we have not won the lottery yet, the staff has been helpful with our budget without sacrificing our "vision". She has an amazing eye for any décor, but specifically we very much valued her guidance for our modern contemporary look. “Very easy to work with. We we're on the fence about building but after meeting with them we knew it was the right thing to do. They worked with us on our budget - allowing us to complete some of the work ourselves to save money. Our house was completed within 6 months of breaking ground and we are extremely happy with the quality of construction.
