The attention to detail, the professional standards, and the client focus were all we could ask for. While in a job of this magnitude there were the inevitable hiccups, any issue was dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Projects of this size can be very stressful - but this team made it so much less so as we always felt in good hands through the entire process. “Last spring Hasler Homes did a complete redo of our backyard living space including, new retaining walls, Kayu deck with gorgeous privacy screens, beautiful fence, outdoor lighting, new french doors, natural gas bbq & fire pit, hot tub, etc. Greg was great to deal with and truly takes pride in his quality of work. “We hired FM Construction to be the contractors for the building of our new home. Pete the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have great connections when it comes to the sub-trades, and also who to connect with in terms of fixtures, flooring, tiles etc. This was our first house built, and it was nice to have the input from an experienced contractor as to what would work, or what wouldn't. Also in terms of suggestions of doing things different, and bringing forth new ideas that we had not thought of. Most of all, we think that Pete is very easy to work with, and his professionalism and experience made it easy to deal with decisions (sometimes stressful) that had to be made. We are looking to build another home in the future, and would definitely work with him again.”

“Steve and his crew at Made to Last Building Renovations did the installation of our commercial millwork in the Shaw Retail store in Victoria. The project was very complex containing wood columns, hanging wood bulkheads, oversize wood panels that needed to be scribed to drywall. Steve and his team had no difficulty with this install and executed it to a high level of quality. Communication was really good, they answer their phones when I need to get a hold of them and they are proactive on updating us on the status of the job. We are based out of Calgary AB, so it can be difficult to manage a job from out of town, Made to Last pretty well managed the entire install of the project. Billing and was fair and professionally done and there were no change order surprises. We would most certainly use Made to Last Building Renovations again in the future and are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, honest, quality oriented contractor.”
