“Constructive Solutions, Inc., completed a beautiful LEED certified home, shop and artist's studio for us in 2010. We are so pleased, not only with the craftsmanship and special considerations in our working relationship, but with the follow up service regarding the workings and settling issues of a new home. Deadlines were met within a reasonable timeframe and communications on change orders were explained in detail. As an artist, it was exciting to be able to see my ideas become reality under Robs direction and my husband's engineering requirements were carried out with great detail. Rob listens well, is a genius of a builder with many innovative, sustainable ideas in his homebuilding ethic and is willing to think out of the box in architectural detailing. Some warned that the process was going to be immensely stressful and that I should expect for things to go wrong or turn out not how I expected. However, I can say with 100% confidence that Wade & Associates Builders were the absolute best partners I could have chosen and they made all the difference. Cooper Wade made himself readily available and responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. He provided thoughtful insight and guidance but welcomed open and honest conversations about the directions or desires my husband and I had about different elements of the process. We love our home so much that we readily show those in the area that are thinking to build because we are so proud of it and have been assured by many of the immense quality with which the home was built. “I really enjoyed building a house with Blue Ribbon Builders. It was a long term commitment on both of our parts. Their skill and vision allowed us to make the appropriate and right changes as the project proceeded. My wife and I would actually like to build another home with BRB ... but we'd hate to leave this house. They knew what we wanted and kept us working in that direction. They stayed on budget. After 10 years I know they built us a solid, tight house that will last for decades. We have had very problems over the last 10 years and we still feel the Wow Factor every time we walk in. We can truly say we love this house.”

“We hired Jody, the owner, to be general contractor on our vacation home renovation, we lived in Florida and could not stay while the work was being accomplished. What a great job he did from the rough hewn circle sawed hardwood floors to the kitchen and trim work. He is also a skilled cabinet maker and designed and built new book shelves in our family room. We were very happy and since our completion several other friends have hired Fishcamp to do their projects from a home addition to a new bathroom.”
