“AZ, Arlyn Zeiset, was hired to build our home in 2015. We live on the west end of Mustang, OK off of SW 59th OKC. We discussed price and the different requirements of the house, outside and inside. He and his crew went to work. His sub contractors were punctual and all did a great job. Arlyn made some recommendations about material used and recommended some vendors for specialty items, such as windows, cabinets and flooring. AZ finished the job within the up front estimated time required, even with some bad winter weather. Everything is just as we wanted. No hiccups or glitches. The cabinet work is outstanding. Arlyn and his crew are honest and dependable. We have lived in our home for three years and no problems. We recommend AZ construction for home building.”

“Larry and Josh Sullivan remodeled our 1970s-era ranch-style home, including a 720-square-foot add-on kitchen/dining room/sun room. We had compiled ideas (notes and photos) for the past year for our perfect kitchen/dining area, and they were able to incorporate nearly all of them into the project. They were perceptive in understanding our "vision" for the major remodel, and tactful about making suggestions for enhancing the outcome. They were meticulous about the custom cabinetry, which includes a baking station, pantry and coffee bar. Drawers and cabinets were specifically crafted for our needs -- where do you put a big, honking 22-inch paella pan? And my wife's mother-of-all-mixers was measured to fit perfectly in its designated niche. All of the subs were artists in their fields, from the bricklayers to the tile crew. Perhaps most challenging for any contractor is homeowners who want to participate in the work. But we were encouraged rather than tolerated, and we learned much from these craftsmen. The transformation was astonishing. We feel as though we have an entirely new home incorporating everything we wanted to achieve. We came in slightly over budget due to some of our substitutions and changes in scope and materials.”

“We decided to build a new home in Edmond, Oklahoma and after months of researching, we decided to move forward with Q5 Custom Homes with a custom home in their neighborhood Abbey Place. We really loved the neighborhood itself and their commitment to keep a substantial amount of the natural terrain and vegetation. The other thing we loved is that every home has its own personality and was not cookie cutter like so many of the other "custom" homes we had taken a look at before. The design process was done through Brent Gibson Architects and NexSpaces Interior Design and we were shown several options until we landed on exactly what we were looking for. The construction process did take a bit longer than expected due to historically bad rainfall over the winter and spring months, but they did keep the home on schedule as much as possible after navigating through the bad months. Evan, our project manager, was so great to work with and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. We've heard horror stories of project managers from other companies not returning calls, texts, or emails and having bad attitudes, but Evan was the exact opposite. Very knowledgeable on the home construction process and was very easy to talk to when he was explaining things to us. Q5 is very lucky to have him on the team! Paul, the owner of Q5 was accessible when we needed him along the way and was also very easy to talk with and is also very knowledgable when it comes to home construction. With new construction, there will always be some hiccups along the way, but now that we are in the home, we are very happy with everything! It's obvious that Q5 takes pride in their homes and has a full list of "standard" items that would be big upgrades with other builders. If we could've avoided mother nature, there is no doubt it would have been an almost perfect building process, but that was out of everyone's control. We would recommend Q5 to friends and family if they were building and we would build again with them in the future with no concerns at all. -Reid & Rachel Schindler”
