Met with them and explained how we wanted our basement finished, and they did a great job of listening and working with us to ensure the finished product was to our liking. Pricing was very reasonable as I had 4-5 bids from other contractors all over the place for the same work. Their timeline was just as promised, and Dave Jr would communicate with us every day on what was done & plan going forward. There were a few hiccups during the build (to no fault of them) like a bursted water pipe due to a freeze and Dave went out of his way to ensure we could get it fixed immediately. Never at any point did I feel like "they only want my money." And I cannot stress how great Dave was at communicating with us throughout the entire process. when I said he texted and/or called us each day I am not exaggerating.
