“When my husband and I decided to build we knew our biggest challenge was doing it from 1200 miles away so we planned to meet with 3 builders and make a decision from three. Chuck Bolton was the second builder we talked to and we knew right away that three interviews were not needed. From the very start we were very comfortable with Chuck. We started with a design and with Chuck's suggestions and ideas ended up with our dream home. We would not hesitate to recommend Bolton Builders to anyone. His professionalism and attention to details is outstanding. We were also very pleased with all of the sub-contractors that he works with and his assistant Sally who goes above and beyond to be helpful. “I highly recommend Eric Blackburn and his very skilled workers. They did a great job for us on two different projects. We have a large back deck that was put on by a previous contractor who did a lousy job; in less than two years it was falling apart and very unsafe. Eric came in and took it all apart and built it correctly. He paid attention to all the details, now our deck looks great,is safe, well- built and will last a long time. The next thing he did was completely remove our front porch and replace it with all new materials, composite and PVC railings. Now, we will not have to scrap, prime, paint or stain either the back deck or our new front porch. He helped us make selections, it was very obvious that he was extremely knowledgeable in his field. Eric Blackburn, and his team, are very easy to work with, they listen to what you want, are very patient with our endless questions and seemed happy to do our numerous extra requests. He gave us a fair price and did not require any upfront payments. I would (and plan to) use Eric again and recommend him to anyone who wants a good quality, honest skilled contractor. Thank you Eric! We love our new deck and front porch!”

“I had a contractor walk out on me with two bathrooms 1/2 done. Andrew Potts took time to help me finish my projects. He jumped into a project that was a mess and sorted everything out. He came personally to check up on all the work being done every. single. day. He was so kind and helpful and I feel like I really owe him for helping me out of such a tricky situation. The work done was great and most importantly I was able to trust him and his workers in my home with myself and my children. He was honest with a shower surround that I had ordered. I had wanted frame-less and he explained that with the space and dimensions it would be better to go a different way. I am SO GLAD that I listened to his advice, if I hadn't gone with his plan I would have really regretted it. Andrew does great work and is a great person to work with. We are hoping to buy land and build a cabin in the next few years and fingers crossed Andrew will be available to build for us from the ground up.”
