“Our son, Mike Craig, introduced us to Jeff Simonis, Jeff had built Mike's home and Mike had been very impressed with Jeff, his suggestions, his team and their workmanship. On top of everything else, they were very nice people!
2007 Jeff designed and built an addition to our home. He raised the floor of an existing garage converting it into two rooms, guest bath and closet as well as designing and building an extensive attached garage with a workshop area.
Jeff designed and built a new front entry with porch as well.
He then put on a new roof with gutters and re-sided the entire structure.
We have a steeply inclined driveway and Jeff ripped out the old one completely replacing it with a large textured cement one.
2013 We again called upon Jeff's when we needed two bathrooms remodeled for the arrival of company for a wedding in our yard. He was working under a tight deadline and was fantastic!
His suggestions were all adopted and the finished products were spectacular. The tile work was especially notable.
Jeff and his team are superior workmen/craftsmen in whom we have complete confidence.
We would not hesitate to hand him the key and return to find an amazing finished product.
