“Steve and the team at Northwest Carpentry built our house this year. It was a great experience! We have never had a house built before but felt very supported and informed from start to finish. Changes that we made along the way and challenges that came up on our building site were taken in stride and dealt with professionally. Part of our agreement was that we would do the cultured stone work on the fireplace. Steve made sure we had all the materials, equipment and encouragement to do this job. In the end we have a wonderful home; well made as well as nice looking! We are very thankful for the work that has been done, and very much enjoyed the process.”

“Way Builders worked from architectual drawings to redesign and bring down the cost of our vacation home. We agreed to time and materials and the project came in under projected costs. We had never built a house before and were living 300 miles from the building site. We could not have been more pleased and enjoyed the experience. There were no surprises. “Michael was a professional throughout the job. He did a great job with details and all aspects of our bathroom remodel. He was easy to work with while still being in the house and having small children around. He contacted me to let me know what time he would be there every morning. “Our son, Mike Craig, introduced us to Jeff Simonis, Jeff had built Mike's home and Mike had been very impressed with Jeff, his suggestions, his team and their workmanship. On top of everything else, they were very nice people! 2007 Jeff designed and built an addition to our home. He raised the floor of an existing garage converting it into two rooms, guest bath and closet as well as designing and building an extensive attached garage with a workshop area. Jeff designed and built a new front entry with porch as well. He then put on a new roof with gutters and re-sided the entire structure. We have a steeply inclined driveway and Jeff ripped out the old one completely replacing it with a large textured cement one. 2013 We again called upon Jeff's when we needed two bathrooms remodeled for the arrival of company for a wedding in our yard. He was working under a tight deadline and was fantastic! His suggestions were all adopted and the finished products were spectacular. The tile work was especially notable. Jeff and his team are superior workmen/craftsmen in whom we have complete confidence. We would not hesitate to hand him the key and return to find an amazing finished product. Jeff has our complete approval and we would not hesitate to recommend Simonis Construction to anyone. If you want exceptional work and design ... call Jeff. (Accept all his suggestions as they will improve any project.) PS He's a gifted photographer, too.”

His expertise made what could be a stressful experience renovating and starting up a new dental practice much easier than we anticipated. We can’t say enough about the hardworking crew and the timely and excellent workmanship we received working with Craig and his team. Craig is punctual, dependable, and does an excellent job managing subcontractors to get the project done to the satisfaction of the client. They even finished ahead of schedule, allowing us to open our business early!
