“I HIGHLY recommend Ilan and the team from Jerezee to any and all! We recently purchased a house and wanted to do a (medium sized) renovation prior to moving in. We had a general idea of what we wanted, however needed guidance on what would be possible, both structurally and financially. Ilan and his team were incredibly thorough and walked us through every step of the renovation, from the initial consultation & design through the completion of the project. They were extremely communicative throughout the process, provided a thorough outline of the sequence of events, and executed on agreed upon the timeline. The Jerezee team was always available and happy to address our questions & feedback, while providing fantastic suggestions that helped us through design. The whole team was competent and friendly, but most importantly the quality of work was top notch and we are THRILLED with the result. We are still deciding on what our next home remodeling project is going to be - however we do know that Ilan and his team at Jerezee will be our go to contractor for all our upcoming projects. Addition: At 2am on New Years Eve/Day we had small fire coming out of one of our electrical sockets. After the fire department left (and we knew all was safe), we were concerned that something got screwy with the electric we just updated. I texted Ilan at 9am and he and the electrician were at our house by 10:30am on NEW YEARS DAY. Turns out it was something small on our outside electric socket and unrelated to the construction. I will not forget the fact that they left their families and rushed over without a question to ensure all was okay. They are true partners.”
