“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

His work is excellent and our neighbors have all commented on the high quality of his execution and finishes throughout the project. “My roof was getting old and starting to leak. It looked pretty ratty and I hated seeing missing shingles. I called M&M Construction and they were able to give me a free estimate. I liked that the guy they sent out was a project manager who seemed very knowledgeable on the subject and not your average slick salesman. The price they gave me was in line with other prices I received and I decided to go with them. The workers weren't annoying, they came on time, and they did the job pretty quickly. They even cleaned up my yard at the end. Apparently these new shingles have a lifetime warranty and at least my roof looks nice again.”

The job was performed in a timely manner (in fact quicker than expected) and I am very happy with the final outcome. It’s clear that Steve (the installer) is extremely experienced and even advised of modifications to what was existing to make it even more beautiful. “I was in a bit of a bind. I was living with my husband, my two kids at my parents' house for 6 months. Don't get me wrong, they are great and I love them, but we (and they) needed our own space. And I could not miss another Christmas outside of my own home. Lenny and his team were absolutely amazing. They were responsive, explained things clearly throughout the process, were on time, and on budget. We got in on the EXACT date that Lenny said we would after a massive addition, ad-a-level, and remodel of the entire house. Have been in the house of my dreams for three months and could not be happier!”

“Ryan Hodgson and his team built our new custom home from the ground up. What we feared would be an extremely stressful process was actually more like an HGTV episode that ends with complete satisfaction. Ryan is a true professional that puts his clients 1st before anyone or anything else. One meeting with him, and you'll feel it right away. His professionalism and warm personality doesn't tarnish or fade thru out the process. He is consistant from beginning to end. Ryan is also a true craftsman. He won't do anything unless it's right and to the total satisfaction of the client. He offers suggestions and alternatives or tweaks to original design. He is passionate about what he does and it shows in the results. A past client of Ryan's said to me when I was doing my due diligence, "you'd be crazy not to hire Ryan". I offer you the same advice. Meet with RTH when considering a large project, meet and get to know Ryan Hodgson and his crew. Projects take a long time. They are a journey. There are ups and downs. It can get emotional. However, in the end, you want it to be right, and you want a builder who is on your side offering support and good advice along the way. I'll leave you with one last thought, because it was important to my wife and me. Ryan built our home at the end of a Cul De Sac in a very tight knit neighborhood which is very quiet and peaceful, and new to us. He was respectful of our new neighbors, and the safety of their children. Ryan stayed in constant contact with each neighbor and granted their every request. He was able to complete the project with everyone's feelings, emotions, and sense of peace still completely in tact. As a matter of fact, our neighbors and we invite Ryan and his family to bbq's and social gatherings in the neighborhood, and will continue to do so in the future. And yes, he completed our project a month ahead of schedule. They do it right! All of it!”
