“We began working with Janet Frasca of The Walker Group in early 2015 on some home modernization projects and have worked with her extensively over the past year on renovating our entire home after a house fire. Janet has skillfully guided us through projects that range from selecting fixtures, paint colors, flooring, bathroom tile, furniture, window treatments, and accessories, to working as our general contractor to reconfigure room layouts and oversee jobs like crown, kitchen cabinet, and light fixture installation, and painting the entire first level of our home. A natural born leader and innovator, Janet has confidently and efficiently led all of our projects and at the same time has never been above working with us on the nitty gritty details. She works diligently to understand and cater to your personal style and preferences. The Walker Group's subcontractors have always been top-notch, dependable, and kind. “We started looking at builders to build our home in the neighborhood we were moving to. We are very happy we met Putman Builders. They worked with us while we were out of state then they had to deal with us on a daily basis when we moved into town while our house was being built. They were very patient with all of our questions, concerns, etc... Putman gave us a lot of options and even made changes from the orginal layouts they offered. We were extremely happy with all Putman employees and vendors/contractors. We have a Putman orginal and all their homes get customized to make sure everyone's homes are the same. They will work to make sure you are satisfied with the home you purchase or build! We would recommend them to anyone asking for a great builder.”

“NewCastle Homes, LLC builds exceptional custom built homes. They worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process from designing the floor plans to choosing interior and exterior features. Budgets and timelines were established early and adhered to during the construction phase. Their eye for quality and detail was impressive throughout the building process. NewCastle went out of their way to make sure we received our true "dream house" that was promised early in the planning stages. They provided continuous communication and timely follow-up to any questions that we had. We have been in our house for 18 months and the compliments from friends and family continue on both appearance and quality throughout the entire house. Any issue that has come up after closing have been dealt with timely and professionally with no questions asked. I have worked with Barriere Construction on two separate occasions and would definitely call on them again for future projects. Some of the work performed by them include: Bathroom remodel, new engineered flooring, interior paint throughout entire house and kitchen remodel. I am highly satisfied with the quality of work performed, and the professionalism of all the employees. “Doug and Alex have completed several extensive renovation and remodeling projects for us. We could not be happier with their work! They completed every project to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. They are very thoughtful and professional about finding the best solution, using the right materials, and using the best craftsmen for the job. They also want a compelling visual outcome with regard to aesthetics and decor, and they have succeeded every time.
