“Five years ago, I was in the market for a new home inside the loop. Coming from a high-rise condo I had renovated entirely; I knew what it took to build a quality space from the inside out. After exhaustively looking at houses within my desired zip codes that just didn’t measure up to their asking prices, I came upon a new construction house built by Ava Custom Homes. I soon discovered Ava builders, John and Sarah Lendvai, create houses that aren’t tricked up with trendy materials that quickly date, but stylish abodes with timeless appeal. Best yet, they add so much more value per square foot than any others I remotely considered. For example, they use solid wood doors, smooth level five drywall finish, beautiful lighting, marble surfaces, and stone tiles. They carve out thoughtful bookcases, wine storage, and smart closet spaces to give you the kind of quality amenities you would have chosen if you were building from the ground up. And should you elect to make additions–as I did–this duo happily accommodates and after you settle in, if you notice anything that needs tweaking, the Lendvai crew will promptly make the fixes. Above all, I have a great level of trust in John and Sarah. Their word is their bond and they go to great lengths to make themselves accessible to their clients long after closing. “I've worked with Taylor/Jill twice. The first was a remodel of my master bath in 2008. Jackie Fair is incredible - knowledgeable and professional with a team of excellent craftsmen working for her. The result was gorgeous, including new tub and shower, custom cabinets, fixtures, tile floors and shower, marble...the works. And everything was finished on time and on budget. When I bought another home this year, it needed significant updates, and I had a tight budget. Jackie and her awesome team worked miracles. They updated the master bath with a beautiful, custom tile surround and new tub/shower, refaced cabinets throughout the house, built a custom pantry to match, replaced a trash compactor in the kitchen with a pull out drawer for trash, and installed French doors for my two balconies. The work was again excellent, on time, and on budget. Jackie and her team are truly professional in every way, and their work is outstanding. Jackie herself visits the job site every day to ensure that everything is running smoothly. I will always use Taylor Jill for projects like these.”

“My husband and I bought a high quality custom home from Jesse at Del Cielo Homes several years ago. The customer service he provides is exceptional. We obviously had a punch list prior to closing and all was addressed and completed beautifully. However, once we lived in the house for a a couple of weeks and saw things we didn't see to be addressed prior to closing (small touch ups), we contacted Jesse and he had his team respond to our requests. Jesse also followed up with us once the issues were finished by his team. Again, exceptional client/builder relationship. * a side note our home was already built and we did not go through the building process with the builder *. We are the first and only homeowners of the home though. Hard to leave such a great home. Lots of "comparing" the product and quality to other homes. Del Cielo and Jesse are highly recommended!”

“We feel extremely lucky to have found Kirt and his team! I had contacted two other contractors to bid on our remodel/addition work (bathroom remodel, accent wall and construct outdoor entrainment area) and was disappointed with the others that were not responsive (one didn’t even show up!), even in the bidding process when they should be trying to “win” our work. Kirt on the otherhand, was always prompt with his responses and that did not change after we hired him. He stayed in constant communication and provided oversight of our project to ensure the best quality work and timely completion. Despite us making a few changes to the plan, they remained on time and finished the project as promised and it all looks amazing! We genuinely could not be more pleased. I would absolutely recommend Kirt and plan to use him again when I have other projects or construction needs!”
