“I would wholeheartedly recommend Matt and his team for any prospective project. Having had several renovations in the past that did not go well, my husband and I were incredibly nervous about selecting a building team for our garage conversion. We met with Matt who went through everything with us in great detail, providing us with accurate quotes, start dates and lead times. After the first couple of days of working with Matt we realised we had made the right decision. Aside from doing a great job his team were respectful, polite and always happy to answer any questions. Matt kept us informed daily as to who would be coming in, what time and what they would be doing each day. We could see the workmanship and quality from day one (which after our previous experiences was a complete). Initially Matt and the team were taken on to convert our garage to a studio and office for myself but afterward we continued to work with him to put right the things that previous builders had messed up (leaking extension, side wall that hadn’t been tied in, rafters in the extension roof that were completely rotten and concrete flooring which was breaking up). Matt managed to get everything done for us and our house is now in great shape. I can quite honestly say if another project ever comes up Matt Tromans would be the only person we would consider.”

“As a female I can honestly say that the whole team at Rama Property Limited were true gentlemen. They guided us throughout the process and really treated our home as their own. It was wonderful to have builders that really took pride in their work and wanted everything to be perfect whilst, of course listening to our requirements. Lio is a problem solver and would be there on hand to provide more than one solution to any task. He kept us well informed throughout and was an absolute pleasure to be around. Throughout the process the team were organised and clean and tidy which, given the whole place was a complete building site was pretty impressive. There were always several people on site and everyone who works for the company is an expert in their own field and therefore that means they are true artists at what they specialise in. “Modular Designs recently completed a ground floor extension for us and we couldn't be happier with the end result! We always knew that we wanted to extend our house but we lacked the creative thinking of how to make the best use of our space. From day 1 Howard was great and gave us loads of ideas, his enthusiasm and creative foresight convinced us that he and Modular Designs were the right people to help us achieve our dream extension. Howard and his team were brilliant and organised everything for us from architect, buildings control, builders, electricians, plumbers, decorators and all supplies. They took all the stress out of our hands of having to manage our build. Not only that, everyone involved throughout the build was friendly, hard-working and very professional. If at any point I had a question about the build, Howard was always available and at the end of the phone.
