“We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

During the planning/design process, Caleb shared ideas and design opinions, which was very helpful. During the remodel, Caleb ensured our questions were answered and concerns addressed. He did such a great job managing our project and never dropped the ball when we sent requests or questions. “My wife and I thought we knew a lot about building custom houses since I had just built one 5 years ago. The building technology had changed significantly. I am glad we used Will Steed Homes. They were on top of the latest in building technology and practices. The new home they built us is a lot more energy efficient and better built than the one I built 5 years ago. Most people who build a custom home describe how trying it is. We had just the opposite experience. Will was great to work with.
