Kim Hibbs was a delight to work with from first contact: friendly, honest, with our best interests in mind (including cost, quality of materials and workmanship). He is very organized and attentive, with outstanding communication skills ( he is a former TV news anchor). The entire process with HIbbs Homes was well-planned, including development of architectural plans, selection of materials and fixtures, development of budget, and every step of construction. Kim hires excellent sub-contractors, and he and his supervisor were on-site every day to monitor the work, to answer any questions, and to take care of any concerns immediately. What further distinguishes HIbbs Homes is their pricing structure, which allowed us to include high-end features (ground-source heat pump, the latest air-sealing materials/technology, granite countertops, custom cabinetry) at a much lower price point than any other builder we contacted. “PAULA has designed and decorated two remodel homes for me. The first was modern and she tastefully worked it into a dream home for a young professional couple. Because she has such a good reputation I was able to sell the home before the work was done. The clients were told by several local realtors that a "Paula Ryan" home is the best you can get. The second home is over 50 years old and she has performed miracles budgeting everything at incredibly reasonable pricing. She pays her fee out of savings her experience lends to a project. I will use Paula on any project I work on in the future-she is enthusiastic, honest, and brilliant. i made so many mistakes trying to do things on my own at first and it was an expensive mistake. I was too subjective about the project. She knows what works and what doesn't and was emphatic about her experience/instinct approach to design that has been proven over and over with her clients.”

“Bob McCurley built our Lake house in 2011. We have been incredibly happy with the quality and craftsmanship. Bob is a "hands on" builder, always working on site, supervising his subcontractors, assuring his high standards are never compromised. Most importantly, I can still call Bob today and he will take the time to offer help and support. We have since used Bob for adding a home theater and mud room, and we just finished a major deck/patio addition in 2017 that Bob spearheaded. We really can't say enough good things about working with Bob and his staff. It's a family run business that still takes pride in what they do.”

“The exterior of our house was changed completely, adding a new entryway along with a very large coat/utility closet. To accommodate the closet on the main level, it was necessary to add a room on the second floor which turned into the kids' creative suite. The downstairs bedroom became a second master suite with an updated bathroom. Both the front of the garage and second master added stone to reflect the new stone work added to the front entryway. The master suite and bathroom upstairs were totally gutted and the ceiling raised.”
