“Working with Kingsgate on our kitchen renovation was a delight. We had an idea of what we wanted to achieve, but their knowledge and experience gave us a whole new list of possibilities that we would never have thought of ourselves. Mid-project, they were able to accommodate a couple of design changes and add-ons. The finish carpentry is especially good. They provided a reasonable estimate and, even with the add-ons, we found their pricing to be very good. We love the look and functionality of our new kitchen. Well done Kingsgate! Highly recommended.”

“Maki Construction did an extensive renovation to my condo: 1.Installed coffered ceiling, hiding electrical work for a chandelier; installed bulk heads and pot lights; modified outlets; removed old fire place surround and mantle piece and installed large one piece marble surround; painted room. 2. Tore out tub, shower and flooring in Master Bath; installed new 24X24 tile for floor and walls, large glassed in shower, new toilet. 3. Installed new sink and toilet in powder room. 3. Painted all the rooms; in the case of my yellow choice, modified the colour after the first attempt. The contractor had an excellent project manager who navigated condo regulations, managed the trades so everyone showed up when promised, problem solved and oversaw the quality of work. The trades worked clean, were on time, did excellent work and were respectful. The estimates were accurate and the project came in on budget.”

“To be honest, we expected our home building experience to be challenging based on the horror stories you hear about but our experience with Aaron Miller from Hummingbird Hill was in fact an enjoyable (and dare I say fun!) journey...his results are amazing because he is well organized, a clear and effective communicator and very detail oriented. His online client access website even allowed us to watch our homes progress while up at the cottage during the summer! Our designer was so thrilled with Aaron's approach and calm personality that she told us on numerous times she wishes she could clone him for all her jobs. Highly recommend Aaron!”

“Imwe hires Hamilton Estates last year for a complete basement reno. All I can say is WOW! From day 1 we knew we had chosen the right team. They stayed within budget and time lines. We had a pretty heavy wish list; wet bar, washroom, laundry room, firplace and tv living area. I still can not believe what a beautiful job they did. Their contractors are all professional and they treated the job as if it was their own home. I will and have, recommend Hamilton Estates!”
