“Jeremy was very accessible, explained things in a way that a non-tech savvy person could easily understand, and did an excellent job installing my AV system. Based on his recommendations, I purchased a nice LED TV and accessories and am really pleased with the quality and thought I got a good price without the hassle. Any time we have had issues or wanted to alter or adjust our system, Jeremy has responded quickly and taken care of all our needs--from readjusting our wiring after we did some renovations in the room where our system is, to helping us get out internet to work faster. I would highly recommend him for all our AV needs”

“I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy. However, she is very happy with what Josh installed for us and he has made everything so user friendly that she brags about her new skills to all of her friends. Thank you Josh and let me know when that new Savant system comes out!!!!!!!”

“Interactive Home Design is a great and professional company providing quality and affordable service to us for many years now. One specific example is that we were about 1 week away from our annual Super Bowl party and we developed a problem with an old and failing component in our AV system. Pete and his team came to our home in Westchester and fixed the problem within one-day of my urgent service call. In addition, his team came up again, free of charge, about a week or two later to tweak the system to perfection. Pete is the consummate professional and has become a personal friend over the years. From small to big jobs, I have been very satisfied with his excellent performance. I highly recommend him.”

“I first used DTV to do the telephone and entertainment systems in my Apartment. I found them to be totally professional, extremely capable and they were not only fairly priced but talked me out of some thing that were unnessacary and could be done in easier ways. I was so pleased with their work that I had them update my summer home in Southampton. As in NY they showed up when scheduled and did a terrific job at a fraction of the cost of local tradesman. I recomend then and hope they do not get so busy that I cannot get them when needed.”

“We did a whole-house remodel/addition, and we had One Touch wire our entire house for audio/TV's, etc. I highly recommend doing this when the walls/ceilings are exposed if that's an option. We knew what we wanted the end result to be, but didn't really know what was needed. Shawn was able to walk us through exactly what we needed. Additionally, we have other projects that we'd like to work on in time, so Shawn was able to walk us through what we need to do now to prepare for the additional projects later on (extra wiring, additional electrical outlets). The equipment we decided on was great as well. Services was top-notch and very professional. I've recommended One-Touch a few times already and everyone has been very happy with the results.”

“I hired MHS to do my new 8000 Sq.ft restaurant and couldn’t be more happy with the results. The place looks and sounds amazing. The TV’s and speakers are expertly mounted and he did all of the wiring and programming as well. Came in under budget and completed the work on time.
