“We are very pleased with the result of more than a year's work, starting with pen and paper and a discussion on what we needed in a home, reviewing and editing floor plans, getting to plot plans, elevation views, and ultimately a final set of plans. This was no easy task, considering we were building a new home post-Sandy, at the Jersey Shore, and with flood maps changing during the process, being in dual zoning districts, and with required building heights uncertain. But, finally, we are done (mostly!) Scott, Jack and Bill were all great to deal with, they listened to our needs and wants, and helped us make decisions on the trade-offs you always need to consider when space is limited on the lot and you have a long list of needs and wants. The style of the house is a cape cod, the architectural detail is outstanding and it fits well into the existing neighborhood which is situated one block from the start of the historic district here in Ocean City. Ultimately, we love the house and get compliments on it every single day from strangers walking past and from family and friends who are visiting. So many people have asked us if they can have a tour. Thanks Scott, Jack and Bill for everything.”

The team was our one stop shop to help us balance the needs and final chance to get it right, as critical plan budget restraints were necessary due to repeated insurance recovery disappointments. The Team is one of the very best experiences with getting a custom building job on track, on time, within budget. The most important reflection of the experience was complete early communication and finalization of needs and wants. We can now reflect the joy of watching our home rise from paper to reality due to the value and professional competence of the Halliday Architects Team and knowledge. GREAT JOB WELL DONE! “We had a full kitchen remodel. From the beginning of the process , the guys at Single Source made us feel comfortable. They came right out ,looked everything over and gave us an estimate in a couple days. The communication was amazing and never at any time did we regret our decision to go with them. We really enjoyed the one on one that Single Source gave us. The guys sat down with us and went over everything, even went with us to help us pick out our appliances, flooring ,tile ,cabinets, countertops, etc. Taking time to educate us on the products that we were considering and giving us the pros and cons. They finished the job in the time they said they would and also at the price they had quoted us. We plan on getting our bathroom done in the future and will definitely be using them again.”

“Working with Pam Fine Architecture has been a great experience for my husband and myself. The quality of her work is excellent with her attention to detail. The floor layout Pam created for our house was really our dream come true for our expectations. Communicating with Pam Fine Architecture was really simple and easy and she always payed attention to any inputs we offered. Pam always responded quickly to any questions we had regarding our plans. Overall, working with Pam Fine Architecture is five star worthy and I would highly recommend to anyone. Her prices are very competitive and I see no reason to look anywhere else. My husband and I did a lot of searching for an architect and Pam Fine beats them all.”

“We worked with Tim Kerner on our full house renovation in downtown Philadelphia in 2009. He is very meticulous, thorough and thoughtful in his approach. He does not rush through decisions or projects. He communicated well with our general contractor. Also, when it came time to make decisions about lighting fixtures and other hardware around the house, he sent me some links online of ideas to choose from, to make the process less overwhelming. I found this extremely helpful. Tim is patient and easy to work with and I would hire him again for another project, or recommend him to anyone. I cannot speak to his rates because we did not get other estimates (as he also worked on a family member's project, so we knew we wanted to work with him). We are thrilled the way our house turned out.”
