“Pat and his crew did a major renovation, including a two level addition, on our 50 year+ brick home. He kept us informed throughout of unexpected developments and their consequences, including costs, and offered helpful advice on the ways to address them. His crew was conscientious, respectful and cleaned up to allow us to live in the home through the bulk of the construction. Pat liaised effectively with kitchen installers and others needed throughout the project. His team's work was of consistent high quality. Since completing the first renovation we have hired Pat again for two additional projects - a renovation of our basement bedroom and bathroom, and the installation of a new fence. All of these projects have been completed beyond our expectations. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Pat and his team.”

Mr. Collinson was uniquely able to produce a design which met our needs and desires. He asked important questions. These included; the ages of our children and what activities they do. He effectively, incorporated this information into the design. Mr. Collison had a strong knowledge of the local building bylaws and there variation throughout Halifax. “I found the web site for Vincent den Hartog on line, and liked the photos he had posted. I had purchased land on the Bay of Fundy shore and needed to start over with a new build, after a demolition. It was a request to design a Cape Cod style house (3 bedrooms) with shingles to look old., and make the most of the water views. Vincent found a reputable builder to interpret my wishes. I am very pleased with the results.”
