At the end of the day, they would leave the place clean. Through the renovation, they keep us informed of the progress and the next step to be. “In August 2014, we purchased a 38 year old condominium in Ottawa. We recognized the condominium would have to be completely renovated, in order that it met our needs, prior to us actually moving into it. HOME Inc. was one of three companies that we approached regarding our renovations. We chose HOME Inc. due to apparent expertise, estimates and services offered. We are very pleased that we did so. The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely designed for us and we had significant input into the design and choice of the fixtures, cabinets and tiling, etc. In some cases, we gave general requirements and left the final choice up HOME Inc. For example, the first time that we actually saw the hardwood flooring was during its actual installation. In all cases, we were pleased with the choices made for us. “The project was the complete renovation of a 30 year old side-split bungalow, including removal of walls to create a modern open look in the kitchen and living areas, the addition of an attic beam to compensate for the wall removals, addition of modern hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tiling in entranceway, mudroom, and bathrooms, and complete renovation and update of the bathrooms.
