“We hired Gulfield Contracting to repair several rooms in our home. The house had multiple areas that needed repair to the ceiling and walls. We had a plumbing issue that required cutting holes in our living room, bathroom and bedroom. Gulfield Contracting came to our rescue!! They did an outstanding job! The quality of their work was exceptional. They were extremely careful not to get the spackling or sanding dust on our existing carpet. I wish I had taken pictures of before and after the repairs because when they finished the job you would not know that our walls were torn apart!! I would highly recommend them.”

“France is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend her anytime. Not only does she has great taste but she is resourcful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Her recommendations are always tasteful but realistic within the budget that we had set up before. She respects budget which is rare in this field. I undertook major renovations with her. We had planned for the renovations to happen while I was on vacation. She handled all the quotes with the contractor and suppliers. She followed up on delivery of material and was on the site everyday during the renovations, updating me on a daily basis by email while I was away. When I came back, everything was done to perfection! I never experienced the hassles of the renovations. Her contractor is amazing, works very well and very reliable. And France is the perfect project manager. I trusted her completely and would work with her again anytime. I recommended her to all my friends who needed help and they were thrilled with her work. She is just great!!!”

“I have used D.I.R. Renovations for several kitchen and bathroom renovation projects of various sizes as well as general construction jobs. Seri Gandhi not only has an excellent understanding of all construction-related matters, but is a good communicator, listener and problem-solver. The contractors I use must reflect well on my business and DIR makes ME look good by making the CLIENTS happy. It's a win-win arrangement. Clients have commented to me about his professionalism, clean work site and pleasant disposition. I get the impression that once Seri works for a client, they will rehire him for future projects. I plan to! If you are looking for a construction company that will give you exactly what you ask for with clear estimates and follow-through then you should definitely contact DIR. Whether it's plumbing, painting, construction or all of the above, you will be more than pleased with the end results.”
