“I have had the pleasure of working with John Beard and Dale Riser on a number of preservation-related and community development projects over the years and have found them to be committed, involved and professional in every respect. When it came time to take the remains of a 1922 bungalow and craft a new cabin out of the elements, we asked John Beard to create and oversee the design work. Through every stage of the process, we have been pleased with the talent and timeliness shown by John and the entire staff of Beard + Riser. Dale Riser transformed an unused corner of our church property into a tranquil, hallowed columbarium/prayer garden, and it was inspiring to watch him work with our priest and structures committee on that special project. I would not hesitate to use this firm again in the future.”

“The smartest thing we have done for our home renovation was to hire Howorth and Associates. They have patiently listened to each one of our hundreds of ideas and helped us figure out which ones can actually work in our home and with our budget. Timing was very important to us -- we needed to be back into our home in just a few months. The firm respects that and came up with a realistic plan to make that happen. Design-wise, I love this firm because they understood our commitment to our older home and helped us make reasonable, but beautiful changes so that we can keep living there. In short, they've made this renovation fun, easy, and inspirational for us.”

“Oxford Remodeling is the best. Most recently they gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms. The result is not only beautiful and perfect, but functional. No detail is left to chance as all aspects of their projects are well thought out and reasoned. And as a bonus, Oxrem has an incredible eye for design/detail and was very helpful to me in picking colors, types of tile etc. Any home improvement project poses an imposition to the homeowner, however oxrem is completely cognizant of that and respectful. They are neither intrusive or messy. I highly recommend them and I have future projects coming their way.”
