“Highlands Home Services leader Shelby Baird did an excellent job on our bathroom project. The cost was on par with other quotes we received. Quality of work is outstanding. Shelby was always sure to maintain a clean workspace and keep our house free of debris during our renovation. Our project involved remodeling a bathroom in our house built in 1970. There were several challenges Shelby uncovered and overcame. Our project involved taking the bathroom walls, floor, and ceiling down to the studs., Shelby reworked plumbing, rerouted and modified electric, removed a very heavy bathtub, installed floor and wall tile, installed a new toilet, shower, and vanity. He painted walls, installed shower doors, put in all new plumbing and light fixtures, and all associated wooden trim. Shelby has a very broad skillset and was able to work through any problem he encountered. Additionally, Shelby is very polite and was respectful of our home. We would highly recommend Highlands Home Services for any type of renovation work needed in your home. The quality of Shelby's work is second to none.”

“We had wonderful experience from beginning to end with Rock Ridge Builders, Inc. We contracted with them to remodel our downstairs full bathroom and it went so well we had them come back to do our upstairs bathroom! Bob, the owner of the company was very knowledgeable and helped us maximize our space and the layout of both bathrooms. He was easy to talk to, was careful to explain the process to us and very encouraging. They were very respectful of our home, meticulously keeping the mess contained as much as possible. The professional manner they demonstrated was reassuring as I was home alone with them most often. The craftsmanship is spectacular, I was blown away with how they executed my vision and were able to troubleshoot a few unexpected delays. (Always surprises with a 100+ year house) Throughout the entire process my concerns were addressed thoroughly, my phone calls were answered or returned promptly and the crew were always on time to start work! I would highly recommend Rock Ridge Builders, Inc. to anyone looking for high quality, professional construction.”
