“Mike Jones, the owner of Northshore Renovations, is one of the kindest men I know. He has been the "company of choice" for many families in our neighborhood. We began a bathroom renovation project in August. Due to the hurricane, our floor installer was called up to the National Guard for hurrican duty. He had someone else step in for him and the results were poor. Mike has stepped up and assumed 100% responsibility for the situation. He is our advocate and will stop at nothing to please us.”

“This is the second major project in a year's time where we have used MLM. The first project was the total renovation of two bath rooms. They both were beautifully finished. The second project was the3 addition of a large screen porch on the rear of the house. The room is 22' X 22'. It has porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, and can lights on a cathedral ceiling. Machi is very much a professional who stays in close contact with the owners. We recommended him to a neighbor who had him remodel a bathroom. They also were very satisfied.”

QCG made the process as painless as it could be and were extremely helpful in getting us through the process of rebuilding which we had never done before. I couldn't recommend them enough. “Aaron did such great job on my kitchen, living room and bathroom! He turned the images in my head into actual plans for my contractors. He will be doing the balance of my remodel! Any time there was a change on-site, he adjusted it so that we had current plans. Just ask him for his work! You will see the quality! I am incredibly picky and he was better than anything I could have imagined. He met every deadline and was reasonable. I only wish I had more finished photos.”

“Everything from enclosing a screened in porch to make an all-season room, a balcony, a bridge across our creek he does a wonder full job. He is detailed oriented which is what we like best. Right now there is a list of small projects and i am confident they will get finished and be perfect. His puts a lot of thought into a project and his pricing is right on.”

“I could not recommend Watters Architecture more highly. Leah has an amazing talent for listening to what I (and other clients) want, drawing a picture and turning those conversations and pictures into examples of exactly what I want. As a builder/remodeling contractor, we have collaborated on projects as diverse as minor remodels, new home construction, major additions and renovations of existing homes, the construction of a commercial bookstore-coffee shop and total renovation/rebuilding of a 3000 square foot Hurricane Katrina-damaged church 400 feet from the Gulf of Mexico, a project that became a 7400 square foot church raised 14 feet in the air on carefully designed piers. Her vision and thorough attention to details made this $2 million project a very visible example of rebuilding on the Coast. We have worked with Leah regularly for over 5 years and I look forward to dealing with Watters Architecture on a continuing basis.”
