“Brian's crew is top notch. Love my remodeled master bath room! They suggested using stacked stone around the fireplace and a barn door, where there had been no privacy in the bath previously. This absolutely makes the master bedroom/bath an oasis! They were very attentive to my suggestions and choices. They are extremely neat and I didn't even know they had been in the house at the end of the day, they cleaned up very thoroughly at the end of each day.”

“The staff at Kircher Design and Build have completed 3 projects for us in the past 10 years -- kitchen and two bathrooms. We couldn't have been happier with all 3 projects -- particularly the work completed by Jim Macpherson. Jim is a true professional -- as is every member of the Kircher organization. We had very professional assistance in picking out beautiful tiles, counters, colors -- everything to make these 3 rooms wonderful. We will always call on Kircher for any project in the future. “Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“My husband and I had some remodeling and upgrades done in our kitchen. We also had a 1/2 bath installed just off the kitchen in our laundry area. Dean and Ian were very professional and efficient! The quality of work was outstanding!! We were so happy with the work they did, we had them come back and pour a cement patio and install new garage windows for us as well!! They are now our go to guys for any of our contract needs and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! :)”
