“Erica remodeled our recently purchased home in a VERY tight timeline. The house had been remodeled in the 1990s so there were no plumbing or electrical issues, but it was incredibly dated. Project included: --selecting and installing new flooring for the entire 3500 sq ft house --creating a separate guest bedroom in the basement and removal of the old dropped ceiling --select and install new tile for basement guest bath --remove unnecessary upper cabinets in kitchen rework layout while saving the cabinets per our request. Selected and installed new counter, sink, fixtures. --divided a huge master bedroom in two so that we could have three bedrooms on the same floor --remodeled master ensuite bathroom --remodel powder room I LOVE that Erica worked with what we had and within our budget and restrictions. She helped us salvage the kitchen cabinets and really was creative with the design. She made the best out of what we were able to do during that phase of our lives. I was so disappointed that I couldn't have the same flooring in the dining room as the entry (for a variety of structural reasons) and yet she suggested a natural fiber low pile carpet that has been amazing! It's so quiet and durable. Erica also restrained my tendency to go wild with color/pattern and steered me towards simple classic designs that hold up in a family house. “Linda was instrumental in turning our new beach house into a home. She provided several palettes to choose from - all of the fabrics and furniture and décor (lamps, mirrors, paintings) were Linda's design and original ideas. Linda was an absolute pleasure to work with - always pleasant and courteous and professional. She came up with ideas and suggestions both my husband and I never would have come up with and we absolutely love, love, love the result. Our beach home is warm, welcoming and beachy. Tanya started off asking the basic two: What's your style? What's your budget? It worked great from there. We had so much fun in my extremely artistic interpretation of remodeling all of my rooms. “I have used Renae for designing my homes interior when I built one in Seabeck, WA, and for the staging of the same home when I sold it. Renae is dependable, creative, honest, and always found ways to keep under budget! I was so impressed by every aspect of these projects and her eye for design that when I moved to Wisconsin in 2014, I flew her and her assistant out for a week to do the decor in my office building. It's beautiful! Now, I'm currently in the process of building a home this Spring and if she is willing I will have her fly out again!”

“I was so impressed with the work Lauren did on our project. From the beginning, she listened to both my husband and my opinions, helping us work to come to mutual agreement. I love Lauren's sense of style and her communication style. The contractors she brought in when I didn't have one did fabulous work and we are loving our remodel more and more every day. There isn't a day that I don't comment to my husband how much I love our new living room. The style of the living room works well with the rest of the house, providing an anchor for the downstairs. Addressing the front entry really has helped open up our house and views into the living room, and to the outside. I am planning to hire Lauren again to do my powder room and laundry room. I am sure I will love these remodels as well.”

“Because I have MS and require adaptation to my living space I have relied on Kerry Upton to manage my interior design. Her suggestions and management of our remodel included wide doors and hallways throughout our home, attention to special needs in the shower and for the sink, and floors which extend onto our deck that accommodate my wheelchair. She designed a closet that I can access with my wheelchair. She designed a special nook with a full length mirror that stores my chair. The kitchen allows me to move around it easily. The end result is stunning.”
